Executive Directors
Mr.L.Ravindran, aged 45 years –
is a finance professional who has held leadership positions
and is a functional expert in financial services with
two decades of work experience. His last engagement was
with IL&FS Mutual Fund as V.P, prior to which he had
held similar positions in Zurich Financial Services Group,
various top-notch NBFC’s, General Electric, etc.
He is a Post Graduate in Management, Cost Accounting,
and Insurance. He has a Doctorate in Pension Fund Management. He is also an alumnus of IIMA and is a mentor for CIIE (Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship) set up by IIMA, he is based in
Bangalore. Mr.Ravindran is responsible for marketing and
business development, positioning, human resources and
strategic planning.

Mr.M.Murali, aged 46 years – is
a Post Graduate in management and is based in Chennai.
He runs a successful Export House recognized by the Government
of India in garment manufacturing. He employs over 1000
people spread across Chennai, Tirupur and Italy. Mr.Murali
is involved in brand building, media and external relations.

Mrs.Tara.Ravindran, aged 40 years- is
a qualified environmental specialist and interior designer.
As a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management,
she was also employed with the Taj group of Hotels in Bangalore. Mrs.Tara is
involved in administration, training and compliance.

Mr.P.L.Arya, aged 61 years- also an alumnus
of IIM-Ahmedabad. He is the past president of the Bombay
Management Association. Mr.Arya is based in Mumbai and
is the Director of N.L.Dalmia Institute of Management
